The location was ok, but the last minute change from ledgewood to Mansfield with a 45min drive was complete unacceptable. You can't do that. It's crazy

Todd PEverything was great! Truck worked perfectly!
Robert Bcheck in process took over 30 minutes. I stated that we would be back by 2:00 pm and arrived at 1:00 to find that he was closing early and no one helped with the return. I then had to call uHaul after the fact to indicate that the trailer was returned and that there was no damage to the trailer. Will not use this location again.
