Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had never towed a trailer before this rental, and they helped greatly with hitching the trailer to my truck and gave me many valuable pieces of advice about towing. They made sure I understood all the features of the trailer, which resulted in the actual towing going well and being entirely uneventful, which is a very good thing.

I'm torn about the recommendation. He tried to pursue me to return the truck, asking abit 2 dozen times of I would take the time to return the truck. He did offer a discount if I returned it, but I didn't have time to return it or a car to get home from his U Hail office
