We showed up for our 10am pick up and no one was there. The door was open, the lights were off, and all if the owners things were in the front desk; laptop, keys, cellphone, as well as the Uhaul keys. We waited 38 minutes. Called multiple times, checked the entire building inside and out. No one was there. We took the keys and the Uhaul as we were running out of time, as assumed all was fine since they had our paperwork and credit card number. Not once the entire day did anyone answer our calls to let them know we picked up the vehicle and not once did anyone call to inquire if we took it.

Better customer service, customer should be first priority, owner did not know the booking procedure very well, needs more training, it was not a good experience for me
