Dolly was very very bouncy when driving at low speed felt like it had flat tires but the tires were good

JAMES CI was really disappointed to find out the odometer number was not correct at check out. It was stated on the paper it was 123181 and it was actually 123193 when I left the parking lot. So I was overcharged by 10+ dollars.
