There was no lockbox information. I had to wait until the store opened even though you are able to book the truck all hours of the day. Very dissatisfied with my experience

ISABELLA MThe online check in was disappointing. I could not upload my licence which hindered the pickup process. I hate it when rentals put gas at 3/4 hoping you put more in on return- greedy business practice. The person at check in location was very friendly and I will use this location if I need another rental. Overall it went smoothly and truck was a perfect fit for what I needed it to do.
