Things went well except for one complaint, They didn't tell us that the truck only had over one half tank of gas. Since the gauges are totally different than an automobile we didn't realize it. So, before returning the truck we filled the tank. Wow, a lot more expensive than expected.
BOYD SI rented my truck the day before paid for a dolly and also for towels when I got to the location, they left the wrong key for the wrong size truck. They didn’t supply me with the extra stuff that I paid for then a worker or a man who says he was, the worker appeared out of nowhere smelling like liquor tried to tell me that I didn’t have a reservation after I spent 30 minutes on the phone with U-Haul while they switched my reservation to the truck that was left for me then the same worker tried to stop me from leaving saying that he didn’t see our name lying. Once we returned the vehicle. The same worker was in the parking lot again and abruptly took the keys and said that he’ll be doing a return and then we were done. I couldn’t even take the pictures so I had to walk back into the dark area when he took the U-Haul to take the pictures to try to close out my rental I would never ever rent from this location again ever
Alvin MThey over charged me 100 extra miles on my receipt, and I wouldn’t have caught it if I didn’t take a picture of the miles going out and come back in. I was over charged $89 on miles.
Jerome SThe office was very cluttered and unorganized. The truck's check engine light was on; the office manager was aware. I had trouble with starting the truck a couple times. There was not a good selection of trucks to choose from. I needed a 26 ft truck but had to settle for a 20 ft instead.
