This location was supposed to close at 4pm I arrived before that time to find no one there had to keep the truck and trailer another day. I went back the next day and no one was there again I left the truck and trailer parked on the lot and dropped the keys in a box on the door. I was charged five thousand dollars for the use of this equipment, I feel like I didn’t get the service that I should have based on the price paid

Disorganized, dirtiest truck I ever picked up. Not terrible, just not the normal U-Haul standard that I am used to. 1/8 tank of gas, which I never see with U-Haul.
