Crystal and Heather gave me exceptional customer service. Heather was. Pleasant and very informative. Crystal was also very pleasant and informative and even gave me kudos for doing the move all by myself. I had to move a couch among other furniture. Whew!!! I would recommend giving them both awards for stellar customer service

The truck was disgusting. Smelled like cigarettes and must. Everything was sticky and it looked like something was spilled all over the inside of the front window.

RAUL CTruck was absolutely filthy when I picked it up and because I didn't clean it myself you have the audacity to charge me a $25 cleaning fee? Absolutely ridiculous
Jarrod HI reserve a 20ft truck and a auto hauler, but the auto hauler was scheduled to be picked up first and then 2 hours later the truck. The auto hauler lights did not work so they had to find a new one which was 40 mins away and delayed my load time. They tried to assist me but overall I could have done better going some where else.
