Cynthia L.It was a great experience at Ace Hardware but U-Haul advertising on all the trucks is extremely misleading. It's very misleading to think that you can rent a U-Haul for $19.99. I offered to pick it up for my daughter and ended up throwing down over 80 bucks. That's not something she could afford on her income but she believed she could because the truck said “$19. 99+fees.†It should say “fees could exceed price of truck rental by 300%.â€
