ISRIEL WYour staff were very helpful and kind
TRACY CI used the phone app to reserve and check in, so I merely needed to walk up to the U-Haul counter inside the store to get my key handed to me. The truck was clean, fully fueled, and rode nicely. Upon return, the app had me take pictures of the vehicle and the odometer and fuel meter, then I dropped the key in the afterhours box. There was also ample parking in which to leave my car during the day while I used the rental truck.
Jonathan CIf certain equipment isn’t available don’t let it be selected online to rent. Had reserved a utility dolly which wasn’t available and made the moving harder.
