Doesn't seem right to ask only about the rental location. Most of my issues were with uhaul itself, unless the location is responsible for trailer maintenance. Here's my experience: The entire wheel (not just tire, but wheel and end of the axle) came off the trailer on the interstate. I then waited hours for roadside assistance, waited another hour at the next uhaul place for my 'pre-arranged' replacement trailer. Oh yeah, it also took over a half hour on the phone with uhaul to get them to agree to allow me to return the replacement trailer to my originally planned return place. They wanted me to drive an extra hour back to the other uhaul to return a trailer that I only had because their first one was not maintained and the wheel came off... I don't even know if any other cars were hit by or damaged by the wheel coming off the trailer. I can only hope it went peacefully off the side of the highway. My original 2-3 hour day ended up taking over 8 hours, costing me a day of work (had to call out), extra gas, an unplanned meal purchase (while waiting on the side of the road) and LOTS of frustration.... Thanks for asking for feedback. Here's your suggestion: MAINTAIN YOUR EQUIPMENT AND TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOUR STRANDED CUSTOMERS

Tire monitor system needed serviced blinked the entire time and was distracting.. The interiour cold have been cleaner, but the windshield was filthy.. The staff was excellent when both picking up and drop off.

SARITA RI reserved this truck months in advance to transport supplies and decor to the venue for my son's wedding. We only had to go 30 miles. The truck smelled like stale cigarettes. It broke down in-route! It took 2.5 hours for UHAUL to get us another truck. In addition, they do not have furniture pads I had reserved. SO much extra unneeded stress!
Patricia OThe customer service rep named Nick was very rude! He also smelled badly and his uniform was dirty. They didn’t have a hand truck so that made the move harder and longer. They only had a furniture dolly. The customer service rep forgot about the furniture dolly and when reminded he pointed at it. I ask him could he get it for me because it was in the customer service area and his response was “in what way”? When we picked up the truck it was not clean inside. There was dirt in the back and it looked like somebody ate food in the front and just left crumbs, food droppings and balled up napkins. Upon drop off the customer service person was kind. He went out to inspect the truck but didn’t mind that the truck was in the condition that it was in. We explained that the truck wasn’t clean inside when we picked it up and he said it looked fine to him. The standards are poor! When the rep went out to inspect the truck another customer dropped off their truck and instead of finishing up with us he left us waiting until he inspected the other truck. I would not recommend this location nor will I use this location to rent from U-Haul again!
