The people at the location were fantastic! Uhaul? not so much. The app kept crashing when i tried to check in. The location didint have their uhaul counter open because of the holiday but they helped me anyway. The uhaul truck's AC stopped working and it was litterally 100 degrees outside. It was miserable. The location of apologetic but there wasnt much they could do about that.
