Worker that checked me out and went out to the trailer was rude and yelling because I couldn’t hear him while he whispered questions while facing away from me. Then the straps on the trailer were ripped and he knew about it so I had to use my straps. Almost didn’t rent the trailer because of him. He also got the drop off location wrong twice. So I had to call and get it corrected after leaving.

Kevin KAfter we got the trailer home and opened it we realized it had a very strong smell of marijuana. We didn’t have time to take it back and exchange it so we went with what we had. In the end we have to was everything to get the smell out of it. Clothes, furniture, pillows and etc. I told them about it when I dropped it off but he said there was nothing he could do about and I’d have to report it. Any chance someone will respond to this and do something for me?

Jim BTried to do truck pick up and return from the app. Ended up going into store because both processes were terrible. would recommend never doing app pick up and drop off just let the place the truck is at help.
