Improve the mobile phone application for the return process. It was very slow loading and updating and the prompts were not useful. For example, a continue button should not appear or be grayed out if you have not completed all the steps on the page. And "Add another photo" suggests you've already added one, which apparently was incorrect. Just "Add a photo" would be less confusing.
