They charged me for 24 hours when I specified only 4 hours and the amount was ridiculous. In addition, the truck was okay and the drop off location was weird. They will charge you whatever they feel like charging

ZAINABU ODrop off was before they opened so I didn’t have a chance to interact with anybody
ALEXANDER ANo parking concept for big trucks or extremely tight parking in low maneuverable areas. Part of the "road" was narrowed by bumper pull trailers and a 53 foot trailer backed to the warehouse. Someone with no experience driving bigger vehicles could have issues or damage equipment.
