The truck was well-maintained but the back was dusty. I was pleased by the location’s personnel. The computer was down when we first arrived to rent and I was given a call as soon as it was running again.

Transmission issues. Trailer was very dirty with dirt and debris litter all over floor. We needed to clean it out prior to packing. Packing blankets we paid for were dirty with oil, dirt and dried up leaves/foliage.

TYRELL WThe drop off process was very easy. staff agent came out and greeted me to help with the check in process. Agent was polite and very helpful and made my experience quick, easy and smooth.
