Interior of vehicle cab was very dirty and clearly hadne been cleaned, including urine in a cup in the cup holder. The moving pads were not in the truck and when my husband approached an employee about it, he was annoyed to be bothered and did not give us the correct amount

BRUCE EI rented a 26 foot u-haul truck that had low mileage on it. I drove it down from Harrison, New York to Indian Harbor Beach, Florida. The Truck ran great and had a lot of power. The loading ramp that is in the back of the Truck could be a little longer. But it worked out fine. I think it would be a good idea to put a back up Camera on the 26 foot trucks. I am in the moving business, and I drive trucks everyday, but I know a lot of people would have a hard time backing up because they are not used to driving a Truck. All in All, The Truck was amazing ! Handles Very Well ! Very Impressed ! JQ
