It would be nice if we could have gotten the vehicle faster and not needed to call CS.
Josh MI drove 6 miles total and my 29 rental became 83 dollars!! Fuel charges miles charged etc. I filed a case to look into this.
DAVID DWhile the van was clean and well maintained, the rubber matting created difficulty for us. We had a heavy item in box that we were unable to slide. I'm sure the rubber is good if people do not want loose lighter items to move around while driving. But in our case it made things harder. We only had one large heavy item in a box. I'd just let people know and they can decide to roll up if it would be problematic for their items being moved.
