Did not get my reimbursement of $15.00 as we were told we would receive if we brought the truck back with more fuel than when we received it. I will say they may not have had the opportunity to process the final paperwork.

I ordered boxes to be picked up once I pick the truck up, the first location were closed at my scheduled pickup time, so couldn't get them. The 2nd location didn't even carry them, so again no boxes. Also, no refund for the boxes. Once we picked the truck up from 2nd location, dog hair everywhere, just nasty.

This office went out of it's way to accommodate our needs. Called me the day before to let me know the office would be closed but that the truck was ready, key under the mat, etc. No problems whatsoever. Would highly recommend, especially after speaking with Anderson rental companies, who were basically useless.

I reserved a 17ft truck, but when I arrived not only was it not there, the place of business was closed. The door indicated that they opened at 0900, the two guys showed up around 0915 only to inform me that even though I paid, sceduled for a larger truck ibwould be getting a 15ft truck. While I understand it is the same price, it is not the same size, which in turn not only delayed me because of tardeness, but also I really needed that extra space.

Waited 30 minutes for the staff to return from lunch. When the staff came back they told me they forgot about me picking up at 1:00. During my 30 min wait I tried to contact customer service where I ended up spending 10+ minutes on hold with no resolution. I had a narrow window for my move and this cause me to rush and have to change plans.

It would have been helpful if the email notification of the drop off locations had their hours of operation listed. The office was closed on Wed. and I had to leave the furniture dolly in an unsecured location.
