How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation was not well lit and very tight. While U-Haul reported it was within 15 miles of my location, it was about 40 miles. It cost me time and money to drop off there. Also, the trailer did not come off the truck well. Being recently overhauled, it would not disengage from the ball. That is very difficult to lift off the ball. There is not jack stand on these trailers and only open spot had a slight slope. It location was a U-Haul Scheduling issues. I still will need to rent a couple more trailers this year for moving. This will not be a drop off place again.

DAVID MDropped vehicle off on a Sunday when noone was there. The instructions on the uhaul phone app were somewhat difficult to find, but once I found them, the drop off process was easy. Overall price of rental was somewhat expensive.
Mark SMake sure customer knows how to use the ramp. I didn’t realize it actually hooked up to the top.
