The U-Haul didn't come with gas, and I had to gas up before I could move my items and after.
SHANANA TCalled multiple times day before pickup and morning of. No response. When I arrived to pick up a toy hauler trailer the jack stand did not work. We had to use a floor jack to lift the trailer on to my hitch.
MAX SThey didn't give me a chance to advise there was no dolly.
DOUGLAS MImplement a procedure that proves with photos that equipment is and has been cleaned with someone standing by the equipment with a stamp of date and time are on phone in picture. Only complaint uhauls equipment is never clean
