We had an issue regarding dropping off thev rental and was unable to reach anyone to assist in the matter. The number listed on the gate for assistance kept sending us straight to voicemail.
BRIONNA SWe dropped the truck Saturday, but could not get in to parking lot. .sign was confusing and took us a hour to figured out how to get in.
Guihua BOnce again, we arrived at the drop-off location to find no one in the office and all the doors locked. At least this time there was a phone number posted. We called, and the person on the phone simply told us to leave the trailer with the others. So, we parked the trailer next to the first one we saw. After we had unhitched and were getting ready to leave, another man came out and questioned why we left the trailer where we did. We explained that we were told over the phone to leave it by the other trailers, and this was the closest one to where we were parked.
