Angela M.The truck was not clean, had melted chocolate inside which I removed with a mop. Equipment is not stocked enough. Weather issues delayed the return of the truck by a couple hours and had to pay for a full day while another customer was expecting the equipment so the truck was paid for the day by two customers. Tried to use insurance to pull the truck out and was told it would be $400 despite having insurance then was told insurance is only in case of a truck problem because of the company not the customers.
