The lock to access the truck keys was very difficult to open. Once I got the truck keys the ignition would not turn. Support advised that the steering wheel might be locked. The solution is to wrench the steering wheel back and forth. I was able to start the truck but the equipment I ordered was not inside. It took me a full hour to get the truck on the road.
