U-Haul thoroughly dropped the ball on my reservation. They switched my pick up location last minute without informing me. Twice. I was unable to get help on the app, had to pay more for mileage because the location I chose at the time I made the reservation was overbooked. Not my fault and NO reimbursement for their error. Will NEVER use their online or BS app again. Luckily the people at the place I ended up with, were super nice and helpful

Make sure truck has full gas tank

Corey LThe lock to access the truck keys was very difficult to open. Once I got the truck keys the ignition would not turn. Support advised that the steering wheel might be locked. The solution is to wrench the steering wheel back and forth. I was able to start the truck but the equipment I ordered was not inside. It took me a full hour to get the truck on the road.
