truck was dirty. The dolly that I paid $10 for didn't work squeak you couldn't push it so I couldn't even use it to the gentleman. He told me he would take it off. My bill still charged me for it when I called. No answer left message. No call back.
Lisa CI was disappointed that I couldn’t get a U-Haul at my first or second location choice.
Cameron GI ordered a 15 foot truck days in advance. I showed up at my appointment to find out that they did not have what I reserved. Employee had no interest in helping in any way. To be honest, he was less than polite. Because it was an emergency, I rented a 26 foot truck instead. It cost more, but employee would not match original price. Never again!
