Stephen LU-Haul thoroughly dropped the ball on my reservation. They switched my pick up location last minute without informing me. Twice. I was unable to get help on the app, had to pay more for mileage because the location I chose at the time I made the reservation was overbooked. Not my fault and NO reimbursement for their error. Will NEVER use their online or BS app again. Luckily the people at the place I ended up with, were super nice and helpful
