The circle lock NEEDS to be replaced for the key box #3. The letters would not turn and the locking mechanism would not move. We had to go to the nearby hardware store to purchase a lighter to heat the lock. In addition, we needed to use 3 seperate tools to help pry and move the letters on the lock! Very stressful, inconvenient and bothersome with freezing cold wind to contend with.
