sonja L.The UHaul website said we could pick up the truck at 7 AM via the app. When I got there and used the app, it said I had to wait until the store was open at 9 AM. That was frustrating. I returned after the store was open and all went very smoothly. Service was friendly and competent. We returned the truck after hours (when we said we would) and did so via the app. Unfortunately, with all the photos that need to be taken and uploaded, it took about 15 minutes to complete because T-Mobile had bad coverage. Adding free WiFi via an outdoor access point would have helped significantly! I would rent there again but only if I didn't need to pick up and drop off outside of the store hours.
