The employees working there aren't bad but the professionalism and customer service aspect is lacking. Communication is lacking within the employees. Thorough inspections weren't performed on the trucks prior to another family renting it out. No apologies were given for the service and outcome of my phone calls. Disappointed with this location from start to finish.
