As long you have customer service like Joseph at this location your on the right path. I tried at another location Military Hwy Norfolk wasn't so pleasant, and I'm glad I didn't have to travel over 45 min to deal with their customer service.

At first I was a little disappointed that the pickup location was not the one I requested. But U-Haul was very accommodating.
GIANCARLO Thorrible experience and the other location we got set to was also horrible. The equipment drove horribly and a reservation got messed up multiple times. I don’t know if this is a U-Haul thing or this location, but overall extremely disappointed and frustrated and shocked that we weren’t compensated or given any discount for all of the difficulties we ran into with this whole entire process.
ANA CTruck could have been cleaned better, but all in all it was great.
