When we got to the place the agent wasn’t there building was locked. We called and were told he would be 45 min until he could get there, we had an appointment which was why we were getting a U-Haul trailer and were going to be late. He stated I could go to another U-Haul 2 miles away. I asked if he would prefer that and he didn’t answer. I chatted with a live agent to let them know we couldn’t get our rental and was asked 3 times if I wanted to go to a different location. At that point it was almost time for our appointment so wasn’t prepared to drive 2 more miles after driving from OKC to Hayesville Kansas. Eventually the agent arrived with two friends, helping us check out our rental. He stated the systems were down in the building.

Shawn PAlready spoke to a guy about this place.
STEPHEN KI rented a U-Haul to move some stuff and he was literally an hour late for the time I rented it. I had to call to see if he was coming in to do the paperwork. Nobody was at the actual business. I still had to pay full price for the time I originally set it up for. I did not get a discount for the hour, I originally set it up for I still had to pay it. To me, that’s unfair.
