My truck was dropped of 2 days early. I called the day after returning the truck the man didnt even know we returned the truck when he claimed he was at the facility all day when no one was there at 1130am when the truck was dropped off. I called the day my truck was to be returned and noticed it says the truck was over due to the main uhaul number. Spoke to a nice man who put notes on my contact saying my truck was returned and then today 04/21/26 I got a notification I was being charged for an extra day. I had to call the main uhaul number again spoke to a nice lady explained my story and she gave me a refund. I would not recommend this J & R towing for anything!!!!

I set my pick up time for 0900 because that was the time they were scheduled to open and no one was there by 0930 so I just did everything on my app. I should have just used the app and picked it up at 0700.

Andrew MIt honestly wasn’t the greatest when I got there, my vehicle wasn’t ready mind you. I reserved the vehicle so it was supposed to be ready the next day. I called the lady. She told me that it wasn’t ready so they would give me a bigger vehicle for the same price of the one I paid for and then I still ended up paying a lot more for the vehicle. I didn’t reserve so I’m still waiting for them to refund my money back. It’s just been a headache. Never again.
