jodie lI submitted an online reservation and was given a quote of $136. Upon arriving at the pickup I was informed it would be $346. I accepted that but then when I returned the uhaul instead of receiving a refund of the unused miles I had paid for I was charged an additional $11. And it was very unclear why. I paid for 200 miles and returned it only using 151 miles. I feel a refund for the remaining 49 miles I did not use should be refunded
eric cit's a small town and you get what you can get for a location. Store was not open--just a key into a drop box. No customer interaction.
