Dropped off after closing with mobile app. My phone died half way through check in process. I went home and charged phone and came back to finish check in but when I opened app to finish it showed check in complete. Due to the inclement weather conditions I was late turning equipment in. I called and explained what was going on and that I would be late checking in. The person I talked to was very helpful and thanked me for calling ahead of time to let them know what was going on.
Joan GLocation was fine. Equipment was dirty and had broken parts. This was suooosed to be a one way drive but was told at the end of the move that I had to take it back to original location. The cost of the rental for 24 hours was crazy expensive.
