Scam. Returned a trailer on 3/15/26 that was due on 3/17/26. Location waited until 3/18/26 to check it in, and of course marked it late, when it was actually 2 days early. I had to call and dispute this. Fortunately this is not my first rodeo, and I recorded the date and time as well as photographed the dropoff, so I had proof. Uhaul corporate sided with me and said the location will refund me. Still waiting on the refund to process, but this location is actively scamming people and should be avoided. There are many alternate locations, no reason to ever go here.
