I had originally booked a much closer location in Vestavia Hills. I had to drive 90 min round trip to pick up the equipment that was supposed to be at Vestavia location. While the Helena location was great and the people very nice and helpful, this was 90 min of travel and mileage expense that was unexpected, stressful, and time consuming.

Kimberly LI rented the cargo van for 27 hours. Expensive!! $186. Please go back to the $.59 / mile!! We were renting it EVERY weekend from the Pelham location, until you doubled the mileage to $1.19 / mile, now events out if state are out of the question. It is now cheaper for us to buy a cargo van than to rent one.
