The truck that was left upfront for us was incorrect. The assigned truck was parked all the way in the back, covered up. We had to walk all the way in the back, uncover the truck, and then it took about 15 minutes to get the key out of the jammed lock box, which resulted in a loss of an hour.
Lilliana RService was great @ Armour Building Sales - easy to rent and answered questions fast. I am frustrated that I was told the truck did not have a full tank of gas and to replace the same amount when turning it in. She specifically mentioned "the truck is 3/4 full - turn it in with the same amount" Now I have a charge for the fuel.
