HILARY FDuring the check out process, the pics I took of the truck would not load. I called 1-800-UHAUL and customer service took great care of me and was able to submit pics and complete the process to check out the truck. The check in process was simple and did not have any issues. Overall had a positive experience. The truck ran well and didn’t have any mechanical issues or problems.
