The man was very nice and accommodating, he did say that due to age and disability, he would not be able to help me unhook the trailer but was very apologetic, this was not a problem at all because it was easy for me to do it myself.

I had to travel 30 miles from my town to get the truck. I was told that I would be refunded the 60 mile round-trip from my Bill. However, the agent was unable to do this or something because it was never done even though he told me it would be done. Thus I don’t see how I can ever recommend this place.
