Terrible transaction. Truck I ordered was not available. Had to change location and get a smaller truck. Location was late opening. Spent over 1 hour trying to get the truck and the store representative wasn't able to complete the transaction. I had to phone in and get it done. I was promised a discount and didn't receive it. Extremely inconvenient and very disappointed. Typical uhaul. Terrible experience.

THOMPSON Athe truck was excellent except it had no washer fluid. The pickup location was unable to provide the furniture blankets included in the order. This meant we had to improvise with cardboard and other packing materials we could find. Loading took a lot longer than planned we had to leave some items behind. Another customer that was picking up a larger truck at the same time needed an equipment dolly for a larger move and none was available.

Sahil RYour dropoff procedure is annoying because the customer does all the work & by everything being online, I receive no confirmation that the company has agreed that the truck is in good condition. I understand you want to maximize your profit but I’d rather the person at dropoff do the check in
