best customer service I have had in a long time
DENNIS BI delivery close 3/4 gasoline and charge my 38.00 dollars for gasoline
FRANCISCO CDid not help us put the trailer on our vehicle, did not have any parts available, however they did tell us where to get parts and fixed those parts onto the trailer.
JOHN DWorst experience I’ve ever had almost makes me want to never use U-Haul again. Upon check on spent over five minutes, trying to coax the man to walk out and inspect my U-Haul and check my equipment. Finally, he does and tells me everything is great and I will receive an email in 30 minutes. That was at 11 in the afternoon And I still did not receive an email until 9:30 AM the next day. Then I get a phone call that tells me some of my equipment is missing, which is the reason I had him go out and walk around the U-Haul to check the condition and look in the back and confirm that all the equipment was returned, which at that time he said it was. I would not recommend ever returning your equipment at this location.
