Staff at Melody Muffler who took care of us were professional and helpful. When the truck we reserved had an issue they moved us to another truck with no fuss and we were on our way.

JACK CI drove from Ca. To Wa. state to pick up a motor cycle and had one reserved. Went to pick up the trailer and they didn’t have it. Called u Haul main # and was sent to another location the next day, same story no trailer. 3rd time U haul located one 60 miles way ,round trip was 60 more miles. 120 mi for me. I called and to make sure it was there and it was. Trailer handled great on return trip to Ca.
GERALD TWaited 45 minutes to drop off/return trailer. Only one person staffing the location for the 1st hour of opening.
