Many people aren't comfortable or familiar with pulling trailers. They often want help hooking up to the trailer or some advice. This location literally doesn't do anything for you. Fortunately, I am familiar with all of this, so it was not an issue. The man was friendly at the very least.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe store owner is no help and doesn’t know how the system works. I was supposed to get the key from him inside and he didn’t know how to do that, unnecessarily delaying my pickup.
JAMES WDon't know of anything.
Scott SThey didn’t know anything about where to put it or how we were to return it if it had not been for a stranger who knew what to do we would have to waited another day to return which we didn’t have
