I drove from Ca. To Wa. state to pick up a motor cycle and had one reserved. Went to pick up the trailer and they didn’t have it. Called u Haul main # and was sent to another location the next day, same story no trailer. 3rd time U haul located one 60 miles way ,round trip was 60 more miles. 120 mi for me. I called and to make sure it was there and it was. Trailer handled great on return trip to Ca.
