Not sure who's fault this was - u-haul in general or the pickup location. I setup my truck for pick-up using the app and picking it up before they opened. I arrived at my pickup time, but the app had changed to in person an hour+ later when they opened. I found someone that was there early, and he was reluctant to do anything. Finally, he went ahead and got me the key and signed the truck out. In the process, he changed the drop off location. I had to contact U-haul to get that changed. Also had requested moving blankets and a dolly which were also removed from my reservation. Not the best experience, but he finally did help me and didn't make we wait until they opened. Not sure why so many issues with my reservation and why things all got changed. That was the most frustrating part.
