The five star location was amazing and friendly. If I have any more u haul needs I will go through five star. He went above and beyond for me, even though the uhual website wasn't letting him loggin.
Desiree TAt pickup I was told my reservation had been cancelled (it wasn't) and they couldn't honor the price I had confirmed directly with uhaul the previous day. While they were re-booking my reservation at a higher price, another (male) pickup arrived and were told to just "go ahead and hitch up whatever one you want", while I (female) was asked multiple times if I was sure I wanted a trailer that large, and then told I could back up to the trailer but couldn't hitch it up myself. They did not offer the insurance protection I had in my original reservation, and did not tell me it wasn't included in the new price, nor tell me that I was now scheduled for an after-hours dropoff that would incur an additional charge. I called uhaul and they were able to refund the difference over their original price, and I ended up returning the trailer early so I didn't incur additional fees. I'm happy with how u haul handled things, but I won't be using star car as a pickup location again.
Tiana WFrank made every effort to help me out as a customer. He explained all the steps, costs, and expectations when renting the truck. I would definitely rent fun 6 him again.
