I ordered 2dozen blankets, only received 4 blankets. Plus I could not get the attendant (who could barely speak English) yo give me the time of day or give me the correct credit!!! NEVER again will I hi back yo that location!!!!!

They told me they would let me use the dolly for free as long as I physically returned it inside the store but at the end of the return transaction, I did physically return it, I was charged for it. They also tried to charge my card an additional $60 +, claiming it wasn’t them it was Uhaul. But when it didn’t go through, the charges magically disappeared!

RONALD TI was charged for a dolly that was not on the truck and therefore never used it. Would like that refunded - other then that it was a great experience.
