The location is a gas station in which they required me to fill out on a laptop the same information I filled out when filing the reservation. They do not provide any assistance. Both with the dolly and the hand cart. The staff were more than difficult to deal with and the customer service was incredibly poor. Not the type of location to be renting out UHaul when they can't speak English. Whole process was more than a headache for the cost. I should not have to carry the dolly and hand cart back in myself when I'm.paying you for the equipment. Overall very displeased with the whole situation.

female clerk in store was a bit dismissive & rude. instead of her checking me in she insisted that i check in via the mobile app. they ran my card with 3 charges which are pending on my card for 5-7 days. language barrier also.
