Only reason I’m saying “Below Average” is because of this: the truck given to me by was poorly cleaned and maintained. The knob for to control the air in the cabin of the truck was completely broken off, not only was this just plain uncomfortable, it turned out to be a safety issue… The windshield fogged up in the middle of a very intense thunderstorm and completely obscured my vision while driving, and I had no way of using the defogger. The trunk was littered with trash and had leftover moving blankets from the previous user clumped up in the corner. Would not come back.

NII MEnsure that customers are aware that reserving a truck through the U-Haul website automatically adds insurance that can only be refunded after the fact
JASON BI reserved my Uhaul on line using the Uhaul app. When I went to pick up my Uhaul the representative at the desk added on insurance that I didn't request. How do you change my reservation without my approval? Highly dissatisfied!
