I was charged for 2 rentals. I called but was not able to reach out to anyone and hence was not able to extend the rental. Please take a look into this issue.

Bryan CThe lady at the front desk told me I could return the U-haul truck to any location as long as they accept rental truck returns. I tried returning to a different location and during the process, the guy notified me that there would be a $170 upcharge because of a “wrong location drop off fee”. obviously I was very upset considering I had a long moving day. My family was lied to and we had such an inconvenience.
