The lady at the front desk told me I could return the U-haul truck to any location as long as they accept rental truck returns. I tried returning to a different location and during the process, the guy notified me that there would be a $170 upcharge because of a “wrong location drop off fee”. obviously I was very upset considering I had a long moving day. My family was lied to and we had such an inconvenience.

EDGARDO AThe staff at this location was wonderful and very helpful with my rental and will be using them again. On another note I would remove the link for moving help from King Trukers Moving as they did not show at all. They said I had to contact them after ordering on websitem, so not sure having there link on there is good for business, I ordered the rental truck without calling to confirm so there company put me in a bad situation, with no help. Thanks Tom
