I made the reservation for 9:30 am, although the location didn't open until 10 am that day. However, the registration website and the UHaul app said I would have contactless pickup through the app. That didn't work, and I had to wait until the office opened. I was also charged for gas even though we filled it up past where it was when we picked it up.
