Need to make it more clear that a sexondary contact person is required, not optional. If you do not select a contact person, you will not likely have the additional required documentation at the time when you go to pick up the rental outside of business hours.
John K.The property manager was very rude and passive aggressive towards me when I had asked for some kind of confirmation after the changes he made to my reservation. The changes were due to unknown charges regarding a bundle that was added for a dolly and mats when in fact I have the confirmation email I did not approve or select those options. But somehow it was selected and charged my reservation after he confirmed and printed the contract. I requested for a email confirmation of the changes he did and he stated it couldn't do it or it wouldn't allow him to. Then became aggressive and hostile.

Mohamed K.This was the second time a U-Haul from this location was not cleaned prior to me obtaining it. There was trash in the back, the wooden panel on the side was broken, and lots of blankets were left which I didn't need and only took up space.
