Unprofessional I waited an hour when we finally got to open the U-Haul. There was homeless people in there we had to stop and clean the piss out. We were an hour and a half late to our destination so we didn’t have help to load that put us an hour and a half behind our final destination so we had no help again to unload a 26 foot truck with two people over the age of 55 and there was no compensation.
BRANDI WI got in gas was at the line before e they had credit me $12 I had to pay $53 told me fill it to half a tank had me wait over an hour just to help me in u haul wasn’t clean I was upset I sat in dry pee and the smell was so bad I had try to clean it made me late pass turn in time I just was upset in they knew somebody pee in that u haul they was surprised or shocked they was unbothered by what I said like just kept trying to talk over me
