Truck has engine problems. Mirrors are hard to move. Lock in the back was impossible to open and close. There was crumbs and small pieces of crackers on the floor by the console. The lady at the shop didn’t speak any English. The pricing on the truck says $19.95 and I was charged $29.99. Horrible experience I will never recommend this company and I know hundreds of people that agree that the trucks are in horrible shape. The gas gauge is not right either. I traveled maybe 19 miles and I was charged over $20 to refuel. That’s a flat out lie.

Juan HThe girl who provides poor service, the truck that rented before this last one was in terrible condition, it didn't have the button to adjust the mirrors and the windshield was bad, it rained and we had to stop because without the windshield it is dangerous because of the rain, the car was delivered very dirty and the Cuban woman who works there gives very bad service to the clients, I made a car change for the same reason due to their conditions and they deducted 100 dollars from the car that I didn't use and they haven't returned the money to me La chica que atiende mal servicio el camión q rente anterior a este último estaba en pésimas condiciones , no tenía el botón para acomodar los espejos y el parabrisas malo llovió y nos tocó q parar porq sin el parabrisas eso es peligroso por la lluvia , el carro lo entregaron muy sucio y la cubana q trabaja allí da muy mal servicio a los clientes hice un cambio de carro por lo mismo por las condiciones de ellos y me descontaron 100 dólares del carro q no usé y no me han devuelto el dinero
