Tony C.If a truck is reserved in Little Rock, AR, a customer should not have to drive 1.5 hours away to pick up the truck. Uhaul should be responsible for getting that truck to the location it was reserved at. Poor Customer service on the part of the Uhaul Little Rock team. The pick up location in Higden was excellent.
