Roxanne BCustomer service was BEYOND TERRIBLE. I tried to do the self check in app but wasn’t able to due to it not picking up my location. I double checked to make sure my location was on in my settings and still not able to do it. I called the number provided for assistance and the lady that helped was very nice and helped me. She told me all I need to do is call the location (Small Engine something or other at Higden, Arkansas) the next morning to complete the process. The next morning I did as instructed only to be talked to as though I was a child that was bothering someone at their job. The man on the other end of the line was extremely rude, unprofessional, unfriendly, arrogant, and absolutely unhelpful… to the point a shouting match ensued. I had to call the number I called the day before and ended up talking to a very helpful, professional, and pleasant to converse with man named Kevin, who helped me finish the check in process. I will NEVER recommend “Small Engine whatever company” in Higden, Arkansas for anything other than a rise in blood pressure. ABSOLUTELY ZERO PROFESSIONALISM
Clint MOnly issue was that the trailer looked like crap because of sun faded graphics. Needs to be rewrapped.
