Better training
Kyle HWhen I arrived to pick up the trailer, an employee said the person who handles U-Haul transactions was not there. Nobody was available to help me hook it up or complete the transaction. The tongue of the trailer was laying flat on the ground so I had to lift it up, by myself, and place it on the ball of my truck. It's a heavy trailer. I was thankful that the employee let me take the trailer with no questions but they also did not give any directions on how to return it. I did not know about the on line return process so it was cumbersome when I got to my destination,

ROBERT TI did not have an issue with the dealer I had an issue with your software. I was prompted to inspect the truck and fill out the information in the link emailed to me. When I went to do this, and I got to where I had to enter pictures, I tapped the camera, only got a spinning wheel. I tried this for about 20 minutes and then went back to the clerk and he advised that he could not help me, and I would have to call U-Haul direct. mind you this has already taken about 40 minutes and the temperature was 20 deg and I was outside all this time. I tried to answer the question in the comments, but I could not go any further without pictures. The disclaimer stated that if I did not finish this, I could be liable for anything I saw but could not enter. At this time, I asked the clerk what time he got off work and if I got the truck back before that would it be ok. We took this chance as we were already an hour late to pick up the items, we rented the truck for. Upon return the clerk could not even get his tablet with the camera to work with your site for returns. we waited for a little while and he advise if we wanted, he would just email us our receipt and we could leave. So, with all this I do not think I would recommend or use U-Haul again unless there is a way to do the inspection manually. Maybe if it was summertime this would of not as big of an issue but I was freezing.
