DANIEL MThe trailer was not swept out by the previous customer, but I did say that I would do it. The supervisor said he would reduce our rate because the location we were originally supposed to pick it up from did not have our trailer and we had to drive 45 minutes out of our way for another one. We were also supposed to be credited $20 a day for the trailer, yet when I turned it in two days early I was still charged the full amount.
JOANNE KI had originally intended to pick up at Abes, but was told the night before they didn't have a 20' truck. They sent me to Joey's, and while it did set back my moving (8:30am vs. 12:00pm), the people at Joey's were super nice, had everything ready on time, and will be the only place I reserve a uhaul from now on - which I have to do now since I didn't get everything loaded on time.
Jason Git's a run down gas station with one person working who also has to manage the deli, sandwhich making, and cash register.
