We did not use a lot of gas and she, the woman in the office charged us for more gas! It was full when we brought the truck back!

The assistant manager, Chyna, was rude to be both me and the employees. Was unprofessional, eating food after she started helping us and all around not a pleasant person to deal with. To add, $60 down was taken as down payment for the trailer rental and she said after returning the trailer it would be immediately refunded. This morning, next day, I checked my account and saw that not to be true and called the office. Ebony picked up and once I explained she said 3-5 business days. Overall I think the team as a whole needs to go through some sort of training so that A) they all are consistent and not frustrating the customers B) not rude and unpleasant to deal with, mostly Chyna.

Jared was outstanding, he did an excellent job getting me hooked up and ready to go. The downside of the experience was the long, long, long wait to be served, when I arrived there were no employees inside the store and it was about 5 minutes before someone came in and acknowledged our presence. I understand busy but found this to be unacceptable, I didn't complain and as I stated above, once attended to the service and customer experience were excellent. I suggest you add to staff and at least have someone inside to watch the store.

Inside when checking out, the lady was having trouble with the new hand held devices for scanning and taking pictures of drivers licesnses. She called Leon on the radio, out side for a hookup, he didn't answer after 3 calls on the radio. When I was waiting in the drive for a trailer hookup, a worker came back from lunch and asked if i needed help. I said yes, then the original worker Leon, showed up in a truck. He then stated talking to a personal friend about doing something after work. The lady coming back from lunch asked him to help, he nodded, but never came over. She told me, she would clock in and help me out. Leon did finish his conversation and eventually came over to help me.

We arrived about 08:55AM on Sunday. The young brother checking us out went into this big tyrant about people being upset where their moving, just went on and on about everything, it was very unprofessional. Then he proceeded to charge us the dolly fee. I explained cant you give us on the gas we brought back a full, tank and checked out 3/4 tank. "He stated not my problem."

China was my service REP and she is wonderful. Professional, clear, helpful, funny, engaging, competent and efficient. She went out of her way to make sure that all the details were handled well and treated me fairly. I had an issue with being attacked by bees and had an allergic reaction... it caused me to move slower than expected. I was under the impression that I had a full 24 hours and brought the truck in at 7:21pm when I rented at 7:57 the night before. The store had closed and the fellas who had busted their tails all day getting trucks ready and clean could not help - BUT China was amazing and made it all work out so that I was treated fairly and paid the correct fee. My overall experience with renting a auto transport from this u-haul location was Great. One issue i had was that one of the tire starp downs was torn and un safe to use. I would think this would have been looked over during rental check in. I had to drive all the way back to the u-haul to have the auto transport repaired. Chyna was great and also super helpful with the situation.

I'm not sure if it's Uhaul policy or this particular store, but I felt heavily pressured to buy coverage. The person said, "so if there's anything wrong, were're just gonna pull $1,600 from your cc and not even ask you. Are you sure you want that?" I get that I waived coverage and that there are consequences, but the hard sell with the threat was unnecessary.

Only 1 person working the desk!! Stood in line for 30+ minutes! 3 people walked out behind me very pissed off. I don’t blame them! The lady at the desk was fake and careless. Didn’t give 1 shit about anything or anyone. Walked out to a guy who didn’t say anything except “back it up here” hooked up the trailer and walked away. The equipment was dirty and greesy. There was even a glove wrapped in electrical take in the railing. What the heck? How is that clean?!?!? Won’t be back.... maybe I’ll try Penske next time.

Ensure the previous check in was done correctly. When I first arrived the printed report said full tank and 124620 miles in reality the tank was 3/4 full and had 124661 miles. Just added a little bit of extra time on my part. Chyna who checked in the truck when I brought it back was a delight and diligent to ensure all info was correct. Overall a very good experience.

Have more staff at the counter and outside. One person can't help a long line and keep people happy. The staff was stressed out as there were long lines and folks don't want to stand there waiting their day away trying to check in. The app worked ok except now I have been overcharged by using the return app and no one has contacted me regarding the email communication it asked for. I would recommend this location as its the closest one to me but it needs serious improvement on staffing.

This location is one of the worst run businesses I've ever been in. * I had a 9:30am pickup time, and I stood in line until 10:15am. * She didn't tell me to go out and look for unmarked dings in the truck and then come back and sign. She just said "sign here, and initial here." When I found unmarked dings and came back in (because I'd overheard another customer doing just that), the guy then says "Well you already signed it, soooo..." * When I went back yesterday afternoon to check for and pay any further charges, I again waited in line for almost half an hour. * I was told yesterday that I did not have any further charges. Today I get an email telling me that I owe money, and it threatened with late fees if I didn't pay within 7 days.

When coming back from inspection of the van, both employees were on the phone and I had to wait 5 minutes for them to just sign the paper and rip me a copy. Maybe putting the customer on the phone on hold for a brief moment would be good, or maybe having more employees there. But overall it was a pleasant experince!
