The trucks AC was inoperable, it shifted rough the whole time, it was a 15ft truck, and the dollys ratchets were almost completely inoperable, and made it difficult to secure and unload the car both times. Worst experience I've had with uhaul to this point.

This location was horrible. My husband fell on ice in their parking lot. The snow wasn't plowed out either. They were closed. Sat there for an hour tring to figure out how to get the truck with Uhaul on the phone. The truck had been backed into pine trees. The truck had been sitting there for quite a while as the tires were sunken into the ground quite a bit. The truck was not Full of gas and the gas line must have been frozen, because we drove it a half hour to a gas station and the truck would not restart when we tried. Sat at that gas station for over an hour waiting for a tow truck to come.
Gary S.Billing error for late delivery. Truck was delivered on time. Contract was improperly filled out for 8:00 AM Monday. Was supposed to 9:30 AM on Monday. Truck was delivered at 9:30 AM
Darwin S.Went to pick up the truck on the schedule day and they were not open and could not get the keys. Ended up calling uhaul and had to cancel and request a refund. Made moving taking way longer than it should have. Ended up having to pay for help to make tons of trips to move
Karl L.The back of the UHaul was not sept out before I got it. I had to slam the drivers side door to get it close properly. I was told I needed to fill the gas tank up before I dropped it off. The gas gauge was down to 3/4 tank before I drove it even 15 miles. I drove 70 miles, all with the tow light off, and it took 17 gallons. That doesn't add up.
