Clearly advertise where dealers are located. I thought I was renting from Roxboro. Hillsborough is 30 miles away.

THONYA CThe van smelled awful. The person who rented it before us must have used it to haul food and smoked in it because the smell of cigarette smoke and some kind of food was overwhelming. We had to spray the entire van with air freshener and still we couldn’t get rid of the smell. We haven’t had this issue at this location before, and we’ve rented many times from them, but this van was terrible.
